Born and raised in Hong Kong, I was immersed in a diverse cultural landscape, where the rich fusion of people from around the world shaped my appreciation of both Eastern and Western art. Growing up my parents were involved in the arts, but what truly sparked my lifelong passion for fine art was watching my grandmother devote herself to it. She began pursuing art at the age of 50, and it transformed her life. In retirement, she now uses her art to support charitable causes, which inspired me to want to make a difference through art as well.
At the age of 13, I moved to the UK for boarding school, where I broadened my understanding of how art is deeply intertwined with the history and culture of various countries. Art has enabled me to connect with people from all walks of life, and I want to harness that power to promote inclusivity. By fostering connections between people of all ages and backgrounds, I aim to share the joy and unifying potential of art.
